Get Computer Support:
- By Phone: Call x2555 to report problems, request on-site technical classroom support, and receive first-tier technical support for common problems.
- Via E-mail: Receive answers to common computer-related questions by e-mailing our Support Center at
itsupport@bridgew.edu
- Walk-in Support: Drop by one of the IT Support Centers located
on the ground floor of the
Maxwell Library and the first floor of the Moakley Center for
convenient computer support on both sides of campus. View their
current hours of operation
Emergency Classroom Technology Support: If you have a class that is about to begin or has begun and you have a technical problem that will not allow the class to continue as planned,
press the TechHelp button on the classroom phone or dial
x2555 to have a technician
dispatched to your classroom immediately.
