VPN Banner Instructions

Below are instructions on how to access Banner from the VPN. Please note that you must be authorized to access Banner through the VPN.

• Sign into the VPN by visiting http://vpn.bridgew.edu and entering your BSC username and password.
• The first time you access Banner from the VPN, an application called the Windows Secure Application Manager (SAM) will automatically be installed on your computer. A screenshot of the installation is below.



• After the installation is complete, you will be presented with your home screen. After being authorized to access Banner though the VPN, you will notice a new bookmark labeled BannerS has been added under the list of Web Bookmarks.



• Click the BannerS link to launch Banner. The STC Banner page will appear where you will select the appropriate database. Click the Banner Production link.



• The next window that will appear is the Banner login screen. Enter your Banner username and password, then click the connect button to begin your session.
