Wireless Network - Coverage

Since the summer of 2001 the Technology Systems & Networking staff has deployed remote access points to over 700 locations to insure complete wireless coverage across the campus. This coverage includes the interior and exterior of all buildings. The college has also deployed an advanced MESH network that extends into the Town of Bridgewater. This enables users to access the wireless network from virtually any location on campus.

In order to ensure the highest level of service to the users of the wireless network, Telecommunications requests assistance from all members of the campus community in minimizing the potential interference from those devices. For more information please review the Wireless Policy
