All ADMINISTRATIVE requests for service should be directed to the Telephone Trouble Hot-Line X2499. The Telephone Trouble Hot-Line is responsible for:
  • troubleshooting and replacing telephones
  • moving telephones
  • installing new telephone lines and cables
  • creating voice mail accounts
  • changing voice mail passwords
  • troubleshooting fax and modem problems
  • telephone training
  • troubleshooting voice mail problems
  • auto-attendant and announcement service creations and support
  • switchboard and operator service

All STUDENT requests for local service should be directed to the ResNet office at X7999 and long distance service requests to the PaeTec office at X7777.
