Instructions For Use

To request a person's extension:

• Dial x6000
• Say the person's name - the system will restate the name.  If it is correct say Yes.  If it is  incorrect say No and repeat the name you are looking for
• Once the correct name is spoken, you will be transferred to the correct extension

TIPS

• Do not use your speakerphone, use the handset. Too much background noise is added to your voice when speaking to the system.
• You can say 'Operator' at any time to speak with an operator
• You can call the IT Helpdesk at x2555 for assistance
