Overview:  This MECC 2002 presentation summarizes the recently implemented Bridgewater State College Campus Wide Wireless network, utilizing 160 access points across 40 buildings and more and 250 wireless devices.

Bridgewater State users and staff can now access networked resources (digital library collection, email, Internet, etc.) from anywhere on the campus. Increasingly libraries and universities are using wireless LANs to provide more convenient, cost-effective access to information resources and to create environments that support new learning modalities.
