SIS

The Student Information System supports the information management needs of student related offices at the College. It has these four functional applications; each supports the activities and reporting requirements of a distinct administrative office or area.

  • Admissions
  • Student Records
  • Billing/Receivables
  • Financial Aid Management

Before being granted access to the Student Records information, Administrators, Staff, and New Faculty must attend SIS training. SIS training is usually offered twice a semester by Information Services and the Office of Student Records and Registration. Security forms are distributed at the close of the training session. The completed security form, including appropriate signatures, must be returned to Nancy Clay in the Registrar's Office for access to be implemented. Faculty members wishing access to SIS should contact the Office of Student Records and Registration for a security form.

FRS

The Financial Records System is used by the Department of Fiscal Affairs to manage the Financial Accounting and Accounts Payable functions for the College.

For access to your account information in FRS contact Wayne Doel in the Office of Fiscal Affairs.

HRS

The Department of Human Resources utilizes HRS to maintain the College’s personnel database and to generate Visiting Lecture, Hourly, Student and Work Study payrolls.

If you have questions regarding access to HRS you may contact the Director of Human Resources.
