Desktop Faxing Faculty and Staff may send and receive faxes via Desktop Faxing from their on-campus computer using Outlook.
E-mail Spam Filter

BSC/VPN

BSC faculty and staff may login in to the BSC/VPN with their BSC User Account from home to view and retrieve files stored on the college network. For instructions on accessing the BSC/VPN and answers to frequently asked questions, go to http://it.bridgew.edu/Telecomm/vpn/
Software

 

Employees may download software packages available only to faculty, staff and students via the BSC software download server (http://download.bridgew.edu). Some software packages are restricted to one download per user due to license restrictions and/or are available only from on-campus. To limit access to only faculty, staff, and students and to keep track of software downloads; you must log in using your BSC account.
Routine Maintenance

The Information Technology Division performs routine systems maintenance during a regularly scheduled IT Systems maintenance window from 6:00 pm to midnight on the 4th Friday of each month.

IT Equipment for New Faculty BSC provides a new computer for all new, full-time, tenure-track faculty who join the college.
