Who to call/e-mail:

Call IT Support Services at 508.531.2555 or send E-mail to ITSupport@bridgew.edu regarding software, computers, and audio visual equipment. On classroom phones, press the TecHelp button for immediate assistance. There are two IT Support centers located on campus; one on the basement level of Maxwell Library (near Starbuck’s) and one on the first floor of the Moakley Technology Center in room 130. You may view the IT Support Services hours of operation online.

IT Support Services IT Support Services provides technical support to faculty, administrators, and students. The division includes technical support in the labs, classrooms, technical support for faculty and administration offices, student technology workshops, notebook computing centers, audiovisual equipment, and academic support for conference and events on campus.

Teaching and Technology Center The Teaching and Technology Center (TTC) supports faculty in the use of technology to enhance teaching and learning at Bridgewater State College. TTC staff are available to assist faculty with classroom technology, web based instruction, and various teaching and research projects.

The Center for the Advancement of Research and Teaching supports the professional development of faculty and librarians at Bridgewater State College by using technology and print resources, grants for a wide range of scholarship funding for travel, annual conferences for faculty to discuss and share their work, and a continuing calendar of programs in support of professional growth.
