BSC User Account
|
Your BSC User Account provides you with access to campus computers, BSC e-mail account, and your WebHost folder (which you can use for posting college-related web pages and saving documents and files). Since the storage quota for BSC e-mail accounts is limited, please delete unwanted messages and archive others often. For security reasons, BSC passwords must be changed every 90 days. Check the Be Security Conscious site for some great tips on selecting a secure password. |
| Community Announcements | Employees may login with their BSC User Account to post messages for other employees at the college via the Community Announcement system by following a simple step-by-step process. For more information on Community Announcements, visit www.bridgew.edu/BSCannounce. |

Element K

To enroll in BSC IT Training classes or complete online self-paced training, employees must login to Element K, our web-based training solution! For information on using Element K, download the Element K Quick Reference Guide (PDF). To learn your Element K Username and Password and how to enroll in Instructor-led training sessions, see the Element K enrollment video or print out the instructions (PDF). Your Blackboard User Account provides you with access to the Blackboard course management system. You can post your syllabus, documents and files, web links, and hold online discussions all from within your Blackboard course web sites. Web for Faculty

Web for Faculty accounts provide Faculty and Advisors a complete self-service, web-based solution with secure access to the information needed to manage course information and advise students. You can access Web for Faculty from on campus or off campus, as long as you have an Internet connection. |

Citrix
|
Faculty may access the Citrix Server with their BSC User account to use specially licensed applications from virtually any desktop or laptop computer on Campus. The Citrix Server hosts applications such as Macromedia Dreamweaver and the full version of Adobe Acrobat. |

Your SCT Banner Account will provide you the necessary access to administrative information on campus. To receive an account, please complete the required Banner Training classes.
