Q. Why does the Citrix Access Gateway page's logon box reset after I attempt to log on?
A. The Citrix Access Gateway clears and reloads the logon page after any log on failure.

Q. Why can't I access Citrix while BSU VPN Network Connect is running?
A. The systems do not support two separate secure connections.

Q. Why can't I access some applications?
A. applications on Citrix can be restricted by IP and/or Security Group.

Q. How do I add printers to Citrix?
A. Your local printer is automatically created.

Q. How long do I have before an inactive Citrix session is disconnected?
A. Your Citrix session will be disconnected after 15 minutes of idle time.

Q. Why do I see multiple drives similar to ‘C$ on Client’ or ‘D$ on Client’?
A. Citrix maps your computers local drives and gives them unique drive letters, giving Citrix applications access to open, and save files to your local drives. For example C$ on 'Client' (V:) on a Citrix application, is equivalent to C: on a non-Citrix application.

Q. Can I access a flash drive(USB key) from a Citrix application?
A. Yes you can. It will show up in the same way your C: Drive shows up. So if your flash drive maps to your computer as the F: drive, it will be displayed in Citrix as F$ on Client.

Q.I am not able to download the Citrix Online Plug IN. Receiving the error message:
 

 
A. Within Internet explorer click Tools>Internet Options. Select Advanced. Within the Settings window, scroll down to security and uncheck "Do not save encrypted pages to disk".
